Resident Maintenance Request
Residents of a MetCap Living Community who are seeking maintenance of their suite have a variety of ways of making their request. Here are some of the options available to you.
- During office hours, you can visit your Building Manager and ask for a Maintenance Request Form. You can fill out the Form on the spot and submit it to your Building Manager.
- During office hours, you can call your Building Manager and ask that they place a Maintenance Request Form in your mailbox. You can then fill out the form later and submit it to your Building Manager
- In the evening, at some communities, you can pick up a Maintenance Request Form from a folder just outside your Building Manager's office. You can fill out the form and submit it to your Building Manager to review in the morning.
- At any time of day or night, you can download a copy of the Maintenance Request Form here, print it out, fill it out and submit it to your Building Manager.
Our goal is to complete Maintenance Requests within 2 weeks. If for any reason you are experiencing delays in the processing of a Maintenance Request beyond any estimated timeline provided to you, please contact the Resident Helpline.
