Nomination Category: Above and Beyond Award
Eligibility: All permanent, full-time employees currently employed at MetCap Living at least one year or more. Employees who won within the last two years are NOT eligible for this award.
Award Definitions: This award recognizes the extra efforts made by an employee whose work has gone above-and-beyond their required duties. These employees consistently surpass expectations in their roles, facilitate collaboration, bring new ideas to improve processes, facilitate collaboration, handle change effectively, all whilst maintaining a professional and positive presence in the workplace.
